U shape stairs

Before we start to build the stairs, we will make quick 3D stairs design for customers to check how stairs goes. This project is floating u shape stairs with big landing.

Start to build the frame of u shape stairs. These are carbon steel and we will powder coat black color after pre-installation. And then we install white oak steps&handrail and ultra-white glass.

This is biggest stairs landing than we made before, it is 186.5*47.819” which we have to divide landing to be 3 pcs, otherwise, it will be easy out of shape. So we use H steel under below to support stairs strong enough .
