Modern Floating Staircase with Glass Railing Installed in New York,.2024
Project Overview
This modern floating staircase project was completed in the USA, featuring a custom mono stringer structure combined with solid wood treads and a minimalist glass railing system. The design emphasizes clean lines, open space, and integrated LED lighting, creating a visually light yet structurally strong staircase solution for contemporary residential interiors.

White oak treads are more expensive than other wood like beech, ash or red oak, so there’s not much people to do that. For this stairs, it is white oak treads stairs with glass railing. Attached stainless steel top handrail on top of glass which make stairs very simple also popular.
We designed drawing for customer to double check the dimensions:
Floor height is 8′-11”. Step length is 42”, 14 riser with 7.5” .
